BUFFER SYSTEM
The buffer system is a high frequency automatic supply line for packaging machines.

Objective : To turn the continuous entry of products into a discontinuous flow to create batches.

Principle of operation :

1. Products are introduced with the help of motorised and dynamic sides in the cavities of the buffer system,
2. If 2 products are too closed, the second one will be evacuated by a blowing system,
3. The system stocks the products dynamically and positively,
4. The batches of products are pushed oud by a rake synchronised with the whole.
