PLACING IN CAVITIES SYSTEM
 Objective : To place grouped products automatically in the cavities of a traysealer. Principle of operation : 1. To get back baches of products at the exit of the buffer system, 2. To dispatch them towards a deposit station, 3. Deposit in a tray or cavity with the help of a manipulator.
This system works to lay down products in : - pasteboard trays, - PVC trays, - in the trays of a seal machine, - in the cavities of a traysealer...
The gripping can be realised by aspiration, cupping glass, claws, grips ……
A robot solution (Flex Picker) can be considered depending on speed and number of products to manipulate.
