Technical details

- Waterproof construction for high pressure washing down.
- Blowing system (option) so that the cheese can fall more easily.
CHEESE DEPOSIT
principle of operation :

1. A pre-dosing conveyor feeds a distribution conveyor by a first rake,
2. A second rotative and adjustable rake pushes the cheese on the deposit conveyor (the proportion adjustment can be made by the height of the rake),
3. Synchronisation of the speed of the conveyor and the speed of the product,
4. All those operations warranty a very precise and accurate deposit of cheese on products.

The surplus of cheese is recycled on another conveyor.
