DRUM COOKER
Rotary drum cookers Euro.cri are manufactured in 304 L stainless steel and with complete isolation, design takes maintenance access in account to improve production time. Pipes in the drum and fans in the chamber ensure an homogenised temperature to get a good gelification of sheets. Temperature or Pressure sensors control a progressive steam injection. Supply with a set of 2 extrusion or co-extrusion nozzles. Nozzles output adjustable by screws. Thickness and width of sheets adjustable by plates. Easy loading and unloading system for nozzles. 500 mm Length belt output with adjustable speed.

- Stainless steel steam injection system (except thermostatic valves)
- Stainless steel steam progressive injection system
- Rigid pipes for paste supply to nozzles
